Ordering Terms and Conditions

Pricing

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and subject to change without notice.

For orders being sent to addresses in New Zealand, we do not charge extra for courier costs. (We send your order via courier whenever possible, allowing us to track the delivery.)

Order Quantity

Some resources have a minimum order quantity (e.g. 10) because it is not viable for us to sell certain resources individually.

Order Processing

We will process your order following payment in cleared funds. Note that payment by online banking cannot necessarily be checked until the next business day.

International Orders

For internet orders of resources being supplied to customers outside New Zealand:

• the GST exclusive price will apply (i.e. tax of 15% will not be charged)
• additional charges will be incurred to cover international courier costs

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards is important to us. Credit/Debit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit/debit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway (PayPal), using secure encryption.

Inspection Copies

We are no longer able to provide inspection copies of any resources (because doing so has proved too problematic and costly).
